If you are unable to keep an appointment, we ask that you kindly provide us with at least 48 hours notice. This courtesy, on your part, will make it possible to give your appointment to another patient.
We accept Cigna, Blue Cross Blue Shield, Oxford GHI, United Healthcare, 1199, 32BJ and Medicare. If you have an insurance company not listed above, please feel free to call the office as we care for many patients on an out-of-network basis. Our staff is adept at helping coordinate care with non-participating insurance companies.
